(Received March 22, at 10.14- p.m.) The United Slates gunboat Marietta has landed" marines at Honduras for the protection of American interests. Honduras arid Nicaragua have been it war for some time, and it, was announced: a few weeks ago that the United States had informed tho two Governments that they .must settle their differences by moans of arbitration. President Roosevelt lias publicly declared that ho will not permit disorder in Central America.
