Smart) will be entrusted with the musical portion of the programme for the ovening. The club is determined to give its utmost support- to the formation of the new swimming baths, and already classes aro boing formed, and Iccturos will be given, for tho tuition of ladies, men, and children in life-' saving and swimming. At the present time tho club has in its ranks t-lie champion swimmer of the colony, Mr A. M'Millan, who is anxious to get a suitable bat.li for tho purpose of instructing schoolboys and girls. Tiie season has been a very prosperous one.
