Babert Davidson v. Allan Johnston.— Claim, £11 Os 2d, for royalty for crushing stones (which was admitted), £10 13s Gd, goods sold and delivered, and £15. damages for failure to repair a stone-crusher.—Defendant counter-claimed for £31 10s 4(1 for work dono and goods supplied, and a sum of £H 12a for damages for removing a tramline.—M-r J.
