WAXC.ANri. February 19. ;IV_ Garrison Band rotiirnoit from dm Exhibition contest to-night. They were enrhusiasiieally welcomed, there being at least 3000 people at the railway station. Speeches were delivered by the Mayor and the member for the district. A torchlight, procession was held and music rendered by the City ami Vipe Bands.
