The Times' Cairo' correspondent mentions the recrudescence of Anglophobia in Egypt. A serious feature of the situation is that the ultra-Nationalists mention the Khedive as the chief supporter of their programme.
Tho Times comments on the seriousness of the uncontradicted rumoius concerning the Khedive, who, it says, owes his position and property to British troops and British administration. (Received Nov. 28, at 9.3 a.m.) Tho Times' Cairo correspondent says that jUustapha Pasha is again in high favour at Court, and in possession of funds to start an Anglo-French newspaper, whose policy will be opposed to moderate views,
