SHOCKING EXPERIMENTS

(Received Nov. 28, at 9.3 a.m.) Renter's Manila correspondent states that ,10 out of 24 prisoners who, it is believed, were inoculated with cholera virus for experimental purposes have died. Tho virus was contaminated with that of bubonic plague.
