AN ULTIMATUM PRESENTED. FRANCE AND RUSSIA SUPPORTING BRITAIN. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, May 4. (Received May 5, at 8.47 a.m.) Router states that Great Britain yesterday presented to Turkey a note which is equivalent to an ultimatum. (Received May 5, at 11.45 a.m.) The ultimatum to Turkey expires in 10 days, May 5. (Received May 5, at 11.14 p.m.) The ultimatum requests the withdrawal of the Turkish troops from the disputed territory pending a delimitation of the boundary on the basis of the arrangement in 1892. The Sultan has been warned that grave consequences will ensue if he does not acquiesce. The cruisers Carnarvon, Barham, Suffolk, and Venus, and tho torpedo storeship Vulcan, with desfroyen Malta, have sailed for Piraeus, France and Russia are supporting Britain's demand.
