The Full Court has quashed the conviction of Mrs Johnston, who was convictcd on a charge of manslaughter arising out of the dentil of Ilarry Diamond, on the ground that there was no evidence to show that any action on the part of the accused had caused Diamond's death. HOSPITAL SATURDAY. (Received May 6, at 4.51 p.m.) The Hospital Saturday street collection amounted to £1558. THE WESTRALIAN MINISTRY. PERTH, May 5. (Received May 5, •at 11.2 a.m.) A meeting of the Government supporters decided to give Mr Moore n, free hand to form a Cabinet. Mr Wilson has agreed. It is understood that Mr Moore will undertake the task to-day.
