(Kcecived .April 26, at 8.3 a.m.) Tn the Italian Senate the Minister of Foreign .Affairs (Count Ouiceiardini) remarked that the conference at Algecira.s ■was completely successful. He emphasised Italy's sincere friendship for France, and reiterated the Premier's declaration regarding tlm Triple Alliance cabled on March 8 last, adding that Germany and Austria had recognised at the outset of the proposals for the Triple Alliance that Italy's traditional friendship for Great Britain was calculated lo enhance the value ot Italy's adhesion. BERLIN, April 26. (Received April 26, at 11.59 p.m.) Though official circles express satisfaction, many of the Berlin newspapers are dissatisfied with Count Guicciardini's speech, mid especially with his ignoring the Kaiser's telegram to Count Gnltichuwski. and its effect on the relations between Italy and Germany.
