Thursday, February 15. (Before Mr H. Y. Widdowson, S.M.) James Murphy v. George M'Lachlaa (of Crisbonio).--Claim £4, on an account stated ■and agreed upon between the parties.—Judgment was given for plaintiff, by default, with costs (10s). L. Warsaw and Co, v. Albert Anderson.— Claim £4 10s, on p judgment summons.— There was no appearance of defendant, who was ordorod tc pay the Amount claimed, with 5s costs, forthwith, in default seven days' imprisonment. A. Msckie v. Hugh Clark.—Claim £3 2s, hi a judgment summons.—Defendant, who did not apear, was ordored to pay £2 2s, the balincc still owing, with 5s expenses, forthwith, in default throe days' imprisonment. Duthie Bros. v. Buster Buckley.—Claim £4 15s, on a judgment summons.—Defendant was c-rdcrcd tc pay the amount of the slaim, tcgothw with 5s expenses, forthwith, in default seven days' imprisonment.
