NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Dunedin Drain«go and Sewerage Board will be held at the Board's Offices, Stock Exchange Buildings, Princes street, Dunedin, on MONDAY, the Thirteenth Day of March, 1905, at tho hour of-7.45 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of CONFIRMING a RESOLUTION, to operate as a Special Order, Passed a£ a Special Meeting of the said Board held on the Thirteenth Day of February, 1905, and which Resolution is in tbo words and figures following—that is to say: The Dunedin Drainaga and Sewerage Board do hereby Resolve by way of Special Resolution, to operate as a Special Order, pursuant to Sections 49, 53, and 54, of " The Dunedin District Drainage and Sewerage Act, 1900,". and of all other powers it thereunto enabling, that the General Rates upon the district for and in respect of the year commencing on the Ist day of April, 190 i. and ending on the 31st day pf March, 199G, be fixed as follows:— (1) Upon Every Sewered Property a Rate, called " Tho General Sewage Rate," of Sixpence in the pound of the annual rateable value of such property.
