(Received Feb. 13, at 0.23 a.m.) The Chamber of Deputies, by 343 to 189, declared the Vatican's attitude made separation inevitable, and fixed the discussion on the principle of disestablishment immediately after tho Budget nnd Army-Bills. It ordered the voting on the workmen's pensions to be taken during the course of the session. The entire resolution was then voted by 386 to 111.
