MR J. R. MOTT AT THE UNIVERSITY.

Yesterday afternoon Mr Mott gave his second address to the Otago University lady students on " Christians of Reality," awl in the evening ■to a hall full of men only ho delivered a powerful and telling address on " Temptations of the Student," dealing with the question of impurity in a manner that left r profound impression on his audience. Mr Mott is a personality.whose strength forces itself, on all who come in contact with him. The deep sympathetic Imowledge he possesses of student life and conditions appears at every point. He speaks with a concentration that holds the attention of nil, and his thought flashes from point to point in terse, pointed language that strikes home with power.
