(Received March 21, at 8.57 p.m.) Good rain was experienced in the central and southern districts. The floods in some districts damaged the railways. March 22. (Received March 23, at 1.7 a.m.) Prospects of a complete break-up of the drought are more hopeful than ever. Good rains still continue to fall. SYDNEY, March 21. (Received March 21, at 9.50 a.m.) In accordance with a Government proclamation, to-morrow (Sunday) will be observed as a day of humiliation find prayer on account of the drought. Useful rain fell yesterday over tho greater part of the State. It was especially good in the Eastern- Riverina and the northern districts,
March 22. (Received March 23, at 1.7 a.m.) Tho trustees of the Sydney Cricket Ground have donated £1000 to the drought fund.
