(Received March 4, at 11.17 a.m.) The Transvaal proposes to expend £15,000 yearly in-female immigration, assisting each woman to the extent of £5. Lord Milner stdtte that the riiajdHty of the Transvaal breeding stock will probably come from Australia, the United States, and the Argentine, where the natural conditions are fittest.
