(Per United Pbess Association.) AUCKLAND, September 30. William Monaghan, a passenger by the train from Auckland to Ellerslie to-night, fell from the train as it was leaving the latter, station, and broke his arm in two places, and was severely bruised on his side and leg. It is believed he is also hurt internally. AVilliam Porter, an elderly man, and driver pf an express, fell off his cart iu coming to town yesterday afternoon, .and died in the hospital at midnight from the effects of a fractured skull. CJHRISTCHUROfI, September 30. At the inquest on the child Rudolf Kelly, who was badly burned as the result of his nightdress catching fire on Sunday morning, a Verdict was returned that death was due to -shock.
