(Received Sept. 1, at 8.42; a.m.) Mr Fis<sher has unexpectedly' joined the Boer generals, who sire proceeding to London. This is believed to, be an indication that the generals are in harmony with the views of the older. Boer delegates. Boer circles in Europe are not sanguine as to the success of the generals' plans, which include an effort to secure a Dutch education for 8000 orphans left in the concentration camps. A commission under Commandant Trichardt are visiting Antananarivo (Madagascar). They are negotiating for the concession to the Boer's of a large tract of agricultural and pastoral lands around Lake Itassa on condition that the Boers become French subjects and learn the French language. September 1. (Received Sept. 1, at 10.22 p.m.) General Crorije, interviewed at the Cape, declared that he intended to settle on his farm at Klerksdorp, and henceforth be a loyal British subject;
