Judgment for the plaintiffs was giveu in the following cases:—P. J. Heleau and Co. (Mr Moore) v. Justin P. M'Carthy (Wellington), claim £5, for goods sold and delivered, with costs (21s 6d); T. B. Robertson (Mr Irwin) v. W. Fnmilton, claim £3, for board and lodging, with costs (lis Gd); A. Moritzson and Co. (Mr Hay) v.-David Watson (Herbert), claim £2 7s 4d, good 3 supplied, with coats (i7s); T. J. Collins (Mr Stewart) v. R. H. Fraser, claim £4 4s, for professional services, with costs (lis); Oceanic Gold Dredging Company (Mr Findlay) v. John Reid (Arrowtown), claim ±18 15s, for calls due, with costs (£1 15s Gel); P. J. Hclcan and Co. (Mr Moore) v. Walter Breeze (Christchurch), claim £4 10s Gd, for goods supplied, with Co3ts'(lls); H. Wise and Co. (Mr Moore) v. A. Ellis (Knrangahakn), claim £2 10s, for goods supplied, with costs (10s); the same v. A. J. AYatson (Thames), claim £1 ss, with costs (6s).
Butterfly Gold Dredging Company (in liquidation) v. P. Bowman (Lawrence).—Claim £10, for' calls due.—There was no apeparance on behalf of the plaintiffs, and judgment was given for defendant, who did not admit the claim, with costs (£1 Is). Eleonora Keys v, James S. Foster.—Claim lor the possession of good 3 taken in execution under a process arising out of the Magistrate's Court in the case of j. S. Foster v. David Keys. —Mr TV. L. Moore appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Findlay for the defendant—Aifter hearing evidence, his "Worship said the property appeared to bo the bona fide possession of Mrs Keys, and made an order for its restoration accordingly.
