(Per Usited Press Association.) OHRISTCHURCH, July 1. The Arbitration Colirt opened this morning before Mr Justice Cooper and Mr, S. Brown (employers' representative), Mr Slater (the employees' representative) was absont on account of illness in, his family. The judge considered if-inexpedient" to hear disputes in the absence of Mr Slater, and adjourned the court, ■; '• ■ When the Arbitration/Court -resumed in tho afternoon his.
