ALHAMBRA THEATRE.
Thi new programme presented by Dbt'l Gaiety Company evidently suits tho pnblio taste, as there. was a largo audience present Inst night. Every item was encored, while the star of tho bill, Miss Lizzip Kirk, tang four songs, and tlien tho audience, Oliver Twist like, wore asking for moro. Tho present combination will divide after Friday night, when Miss Kirk and Mr Leon leavo for Wellington; and Miss Johnston, Miss Lenton, Miss Morriss, and Mr Harvey proceed to Christchurch. Their places will be filled by Miss Alieo Layton, the celebrated soprano; Miss Pearl Lovell, tho clover serio, Mr Carl Collier, banjoiet and comedian; and tho "Liliputian Dartos," ,who caused such a sensation in Mr Williamson's pantomime, "Alice in Wonderland," during lost Christmas season in Sydney.
