OUTBREAK AT SHANGHAI. Prtss Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, February 20. (Received Feb. 27, at 0.10 a.m.) Two deaths from plague are reported at Shanghai.

SY'DXEY, February 27. (Received Feb. 27, at 10.53 a.m.) Hamber (barman) and lliirton (barmaid), both employed at the Criterion Hotel, have been attacked by the plague. The plague patient Sallio Booth is dead.

(Received Feb. 28, at 0.22 a.m.) Xo fresh cases of plague have been reported to-day. The plague is- having ii bad effect upon the attendance at the theatre. Three large blocks in the. city are now infected. BRISBANE, February 27. (Received Fell. 28, at 0.22 a.m.) A man named Carstons is suffering from plague. (Received Feb. 27, at 10.58 a.m.) A girl named llanford is down with plague.
