MARK MASONRY.

Tlio twenty-first annual meeting if tlift Zealandia Marino Mark Master Masons Lodge was held at the Masonic Hull, l'ort Clialtncis, on Tlntrstlay. There was nn excellent attendance of visitors ami members, while apologies wore received from the 11.W.D.d. Mark Master Tiro. T. S. I iridium, the X.E. Comp. H. Neill. l\(i. Superintendent, K.A., New Zealand South, S.C., and r.tliers. After the transaction of the routine business a hoard of installed Masters was opened, under the presidency of the Y.W. Hro. C. do L. (Jrahani, I'ust Grand Master Overseer, England and Wales, and the first Master of llic Indue, who proceeded to instal the W. liro. Doanc C'. Sharpe as W.M.M.M. for (lie ensuing year, in doing which ho was ably assisted by the V. liro. D. Leech. D.G.B. W., who acted as director of ceremonies, while the musical arrangements, which were excellent, were carried out under the supervision of liro. A. Holt, the organist of the lodge. The board of installed Masters being closed, the W.M.M.M. was proclaimed and saluted under the direction of W. Urn. D. Leech, and the installing officer proceeded to invest the ollieors for (lie current year as follows:—S.W., liro. N. Dndds; .1.W., liro. .1, Craig; treasurer, W. Hro. I). Leech. Mill; organist. Bro. A. liutt; f.vler, Hro. C'. Jacobson. Tlio Master, warden?, overseers, and the lodge generally were then addressed on their several duties, end the lodgo wa* closed. Afterwards the usual banquet tool; place, a', which the health of hie Majesty ICing Ldward VII, the Grand Master and Vroteetor of tlie order, was loyally toasted. The other toasts comprised "The District Grand Lodge of New Zealand South." " The Scottish Murk Masters." and "The Visitors." The health of the W.M.M.M. was proposed by Iho Installing Master, who aupnml a very successful year for the lod^e under tlm tiirocljon of W. Urn. Sharpe. Tlio . Mister suitably replied. The toasts " The Installing Officers" and " The Director of Ceremonies and Officers" were in turn duly responded to, and during the, courso of the evening some very acceptable were rendered.
