Superintendent, K.A., New Zealand South, S.C., and r.tliers. After the transaction of the routine business a hoard of installed Masters was opened, under the presidency of the Y.W. Hro. C. do L. (Jrahani, I'ust Grand Master Overseer, England and Wales, and the first Master of llic Indue, who proceeded to instal the W. liro. Doanc C'. Sharpe as W.M.M.M. for (lie ensuing year, in doing which ho was ably assisted by the V. liro. D. Leech. D.G.B. The other toasts comprised "The District Grand Lodge of New Zealand South." " The Scottish Murk Masters." and "The Visitors." The toasts " The Installing Officers" and " The Director of Ceremonies and Officers" were in turn duly responded to, and during the, courso of the evening some very acceptable were rendered.
