ALHAMBRA THEATRE.
Another crowded house greeted Dix's Gaiety Company at tho Alhambra Theatre laal night, and, judging by-tho unstinted applause with which the various item 3 on the programme were received, the new bill of fare juet hits the taste of tho patrons of tho Alhambra. The lions of the ovening were undoubtedly Jim Marion and Harry Elliott, pntter comedians nnd eccentric danccro, who fairly convulsed the audience, and woro recalled no less than six timc3; kit Miss Lotlio Lome, the Gonzales sisters, and Mr John Coleman ran them hard for first honours, and were most warmly applauded. Tho company us now constituted is a most powerful one, ami will r.o doubt continue to attract the larco houses which hove rewarded Mr Dir.'n efforts :n catering for amusement lovers.
