His Worship said that there had been nothing in the misconduct of the accused lisyond the attempt to cscana and being found in possession of a loader! firearm, the purpose of which might have been solely to provide food. The accused, who it was stated had used no violence, were sentenced to simple confinement, without irons, in a light cell for 15 days.
