An Auckland wire says that the attorneys of the New Zealand River Plate Mortgage Company have been advised that the directors will recommend at the annual meeting in London on January 1 that a dividend of 6 per cent. per annum be pr.id; the interim dividend, which has already been paid, to be deducted therefrom ; that £18,000.be,.placed to the reserve fund, and £917 carried forward. The approximate net profit for the year is set down at £31.360.
