Wolff at Madrid," and 'Mr ' Edwasd C. ' Phipps (Minister at Brazil) succeeds Sir F. Piunkett at Brussels.

KING HUMBERT'S FUNERAL.
The .Duke of Argyll, attended by the Earl of Kintore, represents' the Queen at King Humbert's funeral.

Mr Justice Wright has authorised the. reduction of the capital of the New Zealand Trust and Loan Company to £200,000.
