In the following cases his Worship entered up judgment by default for the plaintiffs, with costs.—Massey-Harris Company (for whom Mr Cook appeared) v. William M'Evoy.—Claim 17s, on a judgment summons.—An order was made for the payment of the amount by August 13, in default 43 hours' imprisonment. Louis Faigan (for whom Mr Wilkinson appeared) v. James MacGregor.—Claim £7 13s 4d, on a judgment summons. —An order was ' made for payment by instalments of £1 2s monthly, in default ten days' imprisonment. Stephen John Stevens v. S. Adams appeared for the plaintiff and Mr A. C.
