THE TOLOSA STABBING AFFRAY.

WELLINGTON, September 8,
The Greek Hatzakis, charged with stabbing three of the Tolosa's men, was again before the court. Captain East, marine superintendent of me Tyser line, gave accused a ■ very high character, saying he knew him to be a quiet, steady, industrious man. Dr Ewart said the men in the hospital were progressing favourably. Further hearing of the charge was adjourned till Friday next. The magistrate refused bail.
