THE DREYFUS CASE.

(Received Jan. 23, at 9 a.m.) The Court o'i Cassation have received information regarding persistent treachery that occurred during 1894, but the revelations do no1; in any way affect Dreyfus's case. It is stated tl'iat the delivery of these documents will probably necessitate a change in the plans for the mobilisation of the French army. Iri the Ohanibei of Deputies M. Delcasse, Foreign Minister, denied the existence of any letter relating to Dreyfus either from or to the German Emperor, or whether forged or unforged.
