The second of the series of local wool sales was held to-day. There was a full attendance of local and foreign/buyers. Out'of 5186 bales catalogiied," 3245-chaii^ed hands, "a fair proportion being taken up by 'New Zeala'iid" mills. The wool,for most part came forward in. very bad condition, -owing io the unfavourable sciisori, arid tho built.of the entry consisted of farmers' clips, the >wst weather keeping shearing back on outside stations..
