HOSPITAL TRUSTEES.

The regular meeting of the Hospital Trustees, held on Wednesday afternoon, wa3 attended by Messrs Miller (chairman), Myers, Carroll, Robin, Brown, and Green. ItEPORTS. The House Cornmittea reported that the tender of Messrs Sauudera and M'Kenzie for 12 mittres-ea at .iSs each had been accepted. The following I donations had been received :—Roscius I)r*m-.Hc I ? ' The Finance Committee reported that accounts amounting to £477 !).< Id, for February had been examined and passed for payment, subject to the approval of the trustees. They asfced that the trustees would make application to the Hospital .Board for the monthly estimate. The rrceip's for February were b« follow :—ln-patients. £31 4s 6d; out-patients, £7 19j; gaol medicine, £12 5., ■ 4d ; students' fees, £1 Is ; sales, £1153; donation £2 2s; and voluntary contributions, 10j;-tot^l] £U)6 163 lOd. Tfie receipts for the present month to date were : —la-patients, £7S 17s 6d- outpatients, £5 Ifis:; dorjationv £12 :3s 6d ;— total, £96 17s. The sum of £629 15s 6\i had be-m | received from the Hospital Board for salaries and ! accounts for Febrnary.—Adopted. CORRESPONDENCE. ! ' The Acting Secretary of the Hospital Board wrote requesting that ths board mieht be farmshedwith a financial aratelneat of the institution.—Referred to the House Committee to brin" up a report. The Secretary ,of the Roscius Dramatic Company wrote forwarding a donation of £10, being SO per cent, of the net profits of an entertainment He also forwarded- ths balance sheet.—Keceived 1 with thanks. The attendance list of the outdoor patient department showed that the total number of patients was 796. —Received.
