Obstructing tue St. Clair KsPLAiNADE.— George M Guire plead«l guilty to bavins on the t)th inst, placed au obstruction upon the tsplan^dc at .it. Clair.—Sergeant O'NeDl stated tbat on the date named the constable found that a post had been driven into the centre of a public hithway, and that six or seven pieces of barbed wire had been connected with it, so as to completely block the highway. Defendant took possession of the body, took it to the sandhills, and left it there, and it was Uiero for some time before it was found by the constable. Dofendant subiequently buried the animal at the request of the police.—fined 10j and costs.
