QUEEN VICTORIA'S OPINION ON SMOKING.
Ladies who do not smoke generally opine that smoking is « DMly habit, bad for curtains and lungs. Queen Victoria is of opinion that smoking i« decidedly healthy—for the Treasury. Duty on tobacco produced 10 millions last year; Froasard's Cavonr Cigars contributed largely towards this sum. Packets of eight for Is 3d.
