THE HOME ELECTIONS.

Mr M'Kenna (L.) has been returned for Monmouthshire North; Mr Jones (L.) for the Arfon division of Carnarvonshire; and Mr Ecgleden(N.) for Kildare North. The following: old members have been returned:—Sir *.W. Wedderburn (L.), Banffshire; Sir R. T. Reid (L), ex-Solicitor-general, Dumfries District; Mr J. Bryn Roberts (L.), for the Eifion division of Carnarvonshire; Mr J, W. Crombie (L.), Kincardineshire; Mr A. M. Wigram (C). Romford division of Essex; Sir J. G. Smyth Kinloch (L.), Eastern Perthshire; Mr John Hammond (N.), Carlo w; Mr T. M. Healy, North Louth. The Conservatives gained Stirlingshire, where Mr White was returned. Mr Cawley (CJ is returned for the Prestwich division* of Lancashire. The sitting members have • been returned for the following constituencies:— Accrington division of North-east Lancashire, J. IP. Leese (L.); Barnsley division of Yorkshire, Earl Comt)ton(L); Newton division of South-west Lancashire, Hon. T. Wodebousa Leigh (0.); Aitrinaham, Coningsby Disraeli (C.); Normanton, B. PicKard (Labonr). Tho Unionists gain Heywood (S.E. Lancashire), for whicb seat Mf Kemp beat Mr T. Suape (L.), the fitting member. Jnly 23.
