POPULAR CONCERT.

The City Hall "stage was occupied on Saturday night by the Collins, Browne, and Stapleton combination, who gave an entertainment of a very varied and popular character before a large attendaues. . The programing opened witb an amusing farce entitled " The French Restaurant," tbe parts being sustained by Messrs Collins.: Browne, Stapleton, May, Craydon, Sutton, and Miss Malvino.
