— When you take your watch to be repaired, the loss would bs th« owner's should thieves break into the tradesman's premises and steal it. That was the purport of a decision given by Mr Commissioner Kerr, on the ground that tha defendant wan not a bailen for value, the money paid to him by the plaintiff being only tor the repairs to tbu watch.
