Company and Dunedin No. 2 resulted in a victory for the former by 61 runs. The Dunedin batted firafc, and knocked up 44, and the U.S.S. Company replied with 105 (Falconer 41, Hendry 19. Eva 13, and Watson 12). Low and Kennedy bowled well for the U.S.S. Company, and Siedeberg and Latham did likewise for Dunedin. The match Dunedin No. 1 v. Albion No. 1 was played on the North ground on Saturday, and resulted in a win for the Dunedin by 35 runs. Through the courtesy of Mr Waters, whe rained a team t,o play them, the ship's company of the s.s. Kaikoura had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon on Saturday. The Kaikonra batted first, aud scored 59 (Cox 20, M'Carthy 12). Mr Waters'*:, team followed, and scored 29 (Moir 13).
