The annual liseatirig of Rhareholders of the South British Insurance Company was held to-day. Mr T.Poacock, in moving the adoption of the report, already telegraphed, declaring a dividend at the rate of 15 per cent., referred with pleasure to the fact that the premium income had 'not only been maintained, but increased, while the profit from all sources for the year was £35,166. The New Zsalsnd business coulil not t&ke credit for tha R&rae proportion of profit* as in former years.
