Messrs Wright, Stephenson, asd Co. report bj follows :—

Tbe horses offered at our sale on Saturday were of a very mixed description, including unbroken light draught colts and fillies, medium to inferior draught mares and geldinga, and hacks and harness horßea, which, with the exception of two or three, were not very good aorta. The unbroken colts and fillies wero not of a very good closb, and were in low condition, and therefore did not meet with the demand they would had they been heavier and in better condition. Buyers for draughts were presont, but as the class offered were not thosa in request very few changed hands. Light horses met with a fair sale, the increased inquiry laat week being well sustained. Next week we shall offer a large number of draught horses, including a draft from the estate of Mr Edward Menlove, Oamaru. Full particulars will appear in the Otago Daily Timea.
