Judgment was given for plaintiffs, with costs, in the following undefended cases :—The Dunedin Brewery Company (for whom Mr Sim appeared) y. George Robinson (Foxton), claim Ll3 6s Bd, for" beer supplied; Briscoe and Co. (for whom Mr J * inch appeared) v. Forbes M. Dawson (Pukerau), claim L 5 9s, for goods supplied ; Ambrose Phillips (for whom Mr A. S. Adams appeared) v.
