Messrs Lome and Co. (late Lorie and Roy), auctioneers, fruit and produce salesmen, report for the week ending June 9 as follows :— Kabbltskins: Firm, prices advancing with quality. Mixed lines from 6d, for very poor inferior lots up to Is; la 2d for good assorted lines; Is *i& for recently caught. Sheepßkins : Very shortwoolled merino, Is 9d to Sa; fair medium up to 3a ; prime up to 6b. Hides, Id to 3d. Fat: Bough. 13a ; rf-ndared, 16a to 20a. Ponltry: Hens 25,2s 3d, 2a6d; cocka, 2s 6d to 2a 3d ; ducka, 3s 3d to si; geeae, 5a 6d to 6s; turkeys, 5Jd for small henß to 7d for good oocks. Oats: Inferior. Is 2d to Is 4d; prime, la 6d to Is 6id. Wheat: Northern milling, 4s 7d to 4s 8d ; southern, 4a 6d to 4s 7d; fowls, 3s to3s 9d. Potatoes: Market full with the exception of good kidney Beed which Is wanted. Derwe;its, 35s to «oa. We have not sold under 43d 6d. Eggs: Prices maintained; must drop iihortly. Butter: Fresh wanted. Salt fairly plentiful; prime, 7Jd,kegß returnable. Bacon: Prime (in oloth), fld; hams, 8d; pigs wanted up to 1601b,3Jd. Onions,£B. Honey,6d.
