CITY POLICE COURT.
WEDSK3DAT, February 19. (Before Mr Mr H. Qourley, J.P.) DRUXKEHNESS.-For this offence, a man who had not been before the court for J4 years w;>s convicted and discharged. Larceny as a Bailie.—John Dudfield was charged with that,on the 14th hist., he being the bailee of certain clothing and household effects ot the value of 275, did feloniously steal the pame.—On the ■ application of tho police, the caae was remanded to next day. Fouqery.—Lawrence Flynn waa charged with having, at Oamam.on the 17th inst, forged aud uttered a cheque lor £20 10s 4d on the National Bank of New Zealand.—On thu application of Ohief-detec-tiva Henderson, the caae was remanded to Oamaru to the following day.
