H. •M'Villie.—Claim £1 2», for goods supplied.—Mr Thornton appeared for plaintiff, for whom judgment was given by default. T. Myers (Green Island) v. B. Watson (Green IsUnd).—Claim 10s 3d, balance of account.—Judgment was given for plaintiff by default. &.. M. Meatyard v. William Shaw.—Claim £20, balance due on a dishonoured promissory note.— There was do appearance of defendant, and judgment was accordingly given for plaintiff by default.
