Mokitzon axd Hopkik, grain, produce, and commission agents, Manße street, Dunedin, report for the week ending July 23 as follows : — Wheat: Market unaltered; Tuscans, 3s 9d to 3s lid ,- other sorts, 3s 6d to 3s 8d; fowls' wheat, in fair demand, good whole. 3a to 3s 3d ; medium, 2s 8d to 2s lOd. Barley : With a few inquiries, malting, 3s 6d to 3s 9d; milling, 2s lOd to 3s sd. pats: Very quiet and very few are transacting; prime milling sorts, 2s lOd to 2s lid; light plump feed, 2: Sd to 2s 9d; medium, 2s 6d to 2s 7d. Flour: Timaru roller, £9 15s; Oamaru and town brands, £9 10s. Oatmeal: Long ton bulk, £1110s; ton 25's, £14 10s ; ton 7's and 14-s, £16 103. Bran: £4 ss,f.o.b.Timaru. Sharps: £4 10s, f.o.b.Timaru. Potatoes : Derwenta, Oamaro,£4 17s 6d to £5; Southern, £4 to £4 sa. Pigs: Well fed, 1201b to 1601b. 4Jd; up to 1801b, head off,4ld; other sorts, 3Jd to 4d. Chaff: Heavyoaten sheaves, £3 los to £4; straw chaff, £l. Turnips, 18» to 203. Carrots, 35s to 40s. Straw, oaten and ■whesten, hydraulic pressed in bales, 408. Hay* oaten, bydraulio pressed in bales, 65s to 70s. Clover and ryegrass hay, hydraulic pressed in bales, 65s to 70s. Butter: Salt, no demand and not saleable; fresh, glutted at 6d per lb, and not saleable. Eggs, fair supply. Honey, <Jd to 4Jd. Cheese: Akaroa, 4d to 4%& ; factory, Bd to 5Jd.
