Sib,—ln your very fair report of the ease tiied in tha Police Court yesterday for the recovery of a gold watch Illegally pawned by one Daniel Hoss there is one omission. You omit to state that Detective Walker and Chlef-deteotive Henderson, when asked by Sir Hobert 6tout, counsel for Mr Myers, how long they had known Mr Myers and how Mr Myers conducted Ills business, replied that they had known him 18 years, and that he had always carried on his business in a perfectly straightforward manner, and in such a way as to give the police every assistance.—l am.
