Cheistcitobch, July 5. An old man named William Blundell, aged 82, was found drowned in the river Avon, near the police station, this morning. Deceased had previously announced his intention of committing suicide, but had been watched. Mr Stansell, usher of the Supreme Court, formerly Government meteorologist, died to-day, *jged 69, much eegretted.
