FURTHER PRACTICE PROHIBITEED.

Qamauu, January 10. Colonel Bumpier this afternoon received the following telegram from Captain Sommerville, chairman of the Rifle Association :—" Stop further practice with the Remington-Lee rifles. If I cannot get Martini-Henrys, we will go back to Sniders aud last year's programme.'1 Colonel Sumpter has consequently issued orders prohibiting further praetion with tho UcmiugtouLeoo.
