TnunsDAT, July 21. (Before Mr E. H. Carew, R.M.)

Vagrancy.—John Williams was charged with behaving in a disorderly manner in George street. He was fiued 10s, or in default 24 hours' imprisonment.

Maintenance Cases.—Orders made in the case of Laura Williams v. Henry Gi orge Williams were cancelled.—ln the case of Mary Ann Culleu v. Andrew Cullen, an application was made by Mr Stanford, for the defendant, and opposed by Mr E. Cook, for the plaintiff, for the cancellation of an order.—Mr Carew said the wife was greatly to blame for the disagreements. He would suspend the order for three months, and cancel it then if the husband conducted himself properly.—An order in the case of James Kennedy v. Thos. Kennedy was refused.
