The members of the Dunedin Club turned out m strong force at Tahuna Park on Saturday afternoon, and with teams chosen by M'Kerrow and Trythall played a capital match. For the farst quarter of an hour the play was very even and although the ball was constantly in close proximity to the respective goals, it was taken out into the field again and again. As the game progressed it was clearly perceptible that Trythall's side were overmatched, and in spite of the endeavours of his men, they could not avert a defeat. M'Kerrow, who was playing magnificently, threw two beautiful goals for his side Two others were secured by Armstrong and another by Mitchell, making 5 to 2 for Trythall's side, got by Johnston and Brent Of the other players, Pearson, Holmes, Grant, and H. Wilson (at goal) for M'Kerrow, and Lees, Fraser, Stephenson, and Gualter for Trythall played well. '
