RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Wednesday, Novembkb 17. (Before Mr E. H. Carew, R.M.) Judgment was given for plaintiffs, with costs, in the following undefended cases:—M'Leod Bros. (Limited) v C. Margoliouth, claim £213s Bd, on a dishonoured promissory note j J. Wilkinson v. A. Symth, £4 Los\ fur professional costs; W. Ibbotson v. K. Peters, £3 10i, for municipal rates. J. Kennedy v. W. J. Wilsou.—Claim £18s, on a judgment summons.—Mr Hodge appeared for the plaintiff.—After evidence, an "order was made for the payment of the amount claimed by the 24th inst., in default four days' imprisonment. ' C. Mosch v. C. Nicholson.—Claim £10 4s 4d, on a judgment summons.—Mr D. 11. Stuart appearod for the plaintiff.—An order was made for the payment of the amount claimed by the 24th inst., iv default three weeks' imprisonment.
